PLEASE CHECK THIS RESERVATION FOR ACCURACY. PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO CORRECT ANY DETAILS THAT ARE LISTED INCORRECTLY.  It is highly recommended that if you are traveling outside the United States (excluding Canada) that your mobile phone have international calling ability available so we can reach you via phone, you can simply add it to your phone by calling your service provider for the duration of your trip. 1. The client acknowledges and agrees that all rates quoted by Beaconhill Car Service LLC. are estimates only. Final charges assessed upon service completion will be based on the actual service provided i.e. routing changes, vehicle changes. Rates shown on confirmation trip sheets do not reflect additional charges such as waiting time, additional stop fees, tolls, airport fees, parking charges. Hourly or as directed trips may take longer to complete then quoted, the final charge is based on the vehicle’s total usage time billed garage to garage, also known as portal time. A standard gratuity of 20% is added onto the bill NO CASH REQUIRED. The payment of this recommended gratuity is subject to your complete discretion and may be increased, decreased or eliminated entirely. All gratuities are passed on to the chauffeur. 2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. 3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to Beaconhill Car Service vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.  Sanitation fee is 250.00. 4. The driver has the right to terminate any run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). 5. Smoking is not permitted in any Beaconhill Car Service vehicles 6. WAIT TIME: For domestic airport and train station pick-ups, we grant a 45 minute grace period from the updated arrival time. International arrivals have a one hour grace period, and FBO pick-ups have a 15 minute grace period.. For pick-ups at fixed locations a 10 minute grace period will be granted. If the passenger comes out after the 11th minute, billing will begin from minute 1. Thereafter, SEDAN WAIT TIME WILL BE CHARGED AT A BASE RATE OF $1 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL 1 MINUTE PERIOD, AND WAIT TIME FOR SUV TRANSFERS WILL BE BILLED AT A BASE RATE OF $1.25 PER MINUTE. 7. Not responsible for delays or the termination of reservations in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.). 8. Not responsible for articles left in Beaconhill Car Service  vehicles. 9. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 10. If the trip occurs outside the United States the rate quoted vs. the rate charged upon completion of the trip may fluctuate slightly due to the foreign exchange rate. 11. Airport Drop-Offs-The FAA recommends that customers arrive at the airport: 2 hours prior for Domestic flights & 3 hours for International. Beaconhill Car Service cannot be held responsible for missed flights based on these parameters. 
**If you cannot locate your vehicle please call our 24 hour dispatch number at either 978-902-0260 e-mail beaconhillcarservice@comcast.net. Failure to call and leaving without verification will be deemed as a “LATE CANCEL” charge to client whether trip is a point to point or an hourly. **All Domestic Reservations are subject to a 2 hour cancel policy and International Reservations are subject to a 24 hour cancel policy. Failure to cancel within the designated time will result in full charge for the trip.
