No need to worry, a Beaconhill car service agent will track and monitor your flight’s arrival. A Beaconhill Car Service agent receives up to the 
minute flight data through our Flight Tracking Software to ensure a Beaconhill Car Service chauffeur will arrive at the exact time of your arrival.

Where do I meet my Chauffeur for Airport pick-up?
Each airport has different rules and policies of allowing chauffeurs to leave vehicles unattended to come inside to meet you. At most airports, we will 
be able to meet you at either baggage claim or customs. Call your Beaconhill Car Service agent to inquire for specific airport pick up procedures.

How much of a grace period do i have to meet the Chauffeur on my distance Rate (Point to Point) or Airport Transfer?
Beaconhill Car Service allows a 45 minute grace period on domestic flights, 1 hour grace period for international flights, FBO's have a 15 minute 
grace period from the time your plane arrives at the gate, which allows you to collect your luggage and meet your chauffeur. In the case that time is 
exceeded then there is a charge of $1.00 per minute. If the pickup is at your residence, office or any other location besides the airport 
the the grace period is 10 minutes.

How does Beaconhill Car Service charge for their services?
Beaconhill Car Service has a simple standardized rate for all its chauffeured vehicle transportation. There are two types of jobs we provide, “distance 
rate transfer” and “as directed hourly”. For distance transfer rate is: minimum $45.00 (up to 15 miles) and $3.00 every additional mile (point to point)
 + 20% gratuity. For hourly trips the rate is: Hourly rate x hours (as directed) + 20% gratuity.

What is your cancellation policy?
Beaconhill Car Service has a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the case that 24 hours notice was not given, the client is responisble for the full trip

How can I get a receipt?
If you have an account with us then we will automatically email you a receipt after each reservation.You may also choose to give us a call or email us 
and we can then send you a copy of your receipt via email, fax, or mail. Lastly, you may ask your chauffeur for a written receipt at the time of your 

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
we usually require up to 24 hours to make a reservation online or ASAP calls directly to the office with a minimum of 3 hours notice.

Is it possible to make, change, or cancel a reservation with my chauffeur?
No, our chauffers are not trained to do so and we have a 24 hour office staff to accommodate you.
